B.Sc., Engineer with MBA, Certified Management, Information security, Privacy professional with global business exposure. Director of 4 IT and Agribusiness companies and Director of 4 NGOs. Planted 3,500 bamboo plants in own farm, started bamboo pellets factory as a pilot project. Driving force behind informal group called ‘Vidarbha Bamboo Cluster’, where member farmers has planted more than 1.5 lakh plants in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra. Well connected with bamboo fraternity. Associated with many social organisations who promote bamboo. Developed ‘Integrated Bamboo Processing model’ with social enterprise approach for Bamboo farmers. Beside this, motivating Corporates to invest in Bamboo sector to help Farmers, on other hand, conserve environment by providing alternatives to plastic and wood.

Santosh Rane - Vice President

B.Com CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator) MCSE (Microsoft Certified Software Engineer) MD. Naturopathy. Former senior bank manager of Union Bank of India (25 years of banking experience). Managing director of Nodatis Eco ventures pvt. ltd., Manufacturing bamboo palette. Company is also involved in commercial bamboo plantation and procurement of bamboo in various forms for industrial activities. Working with carbon credit project with Konbac.

Kishor Suryabhan Bhawar - Secretary

Young personality dedicated for rural sustainable development. Education: M. Tech. (Wired and Wireless Communication), Profession: Working as Software Engineer. Planted over 65000 bamboo plants as commercial farming in July 2022. Started biomass pellet manufacturing in 2023. Started retail trading and study in the field of pellets for hotel, catering, and domestic use.

Sameer Deshmukh - Treasurer

Founder Director of Amaee Uniform & Green Waves Events. Qualification: - B.com, MBA in finance, Diploma in hospitality in the aviation sector. Co-Organiser of informal group ‘Vidarbh Bamboo Cluster’ with more than 60 farmers who planted around 1.5 lakh plus Bamboo saplings in more than than 150 acres. Helped around 15 farmers who had around 750 MT bamboo to sell. Planted 2,000 Manvel bamboo in own land of 4.5 acres. Associated with some other organisations work on Bamboo subject.

Divya Munot - Director

Founder Director: Bamboostan (Machau Bamboo Products Pvt Ltd), Qualification: Engineer and MBA from SPJIMR, Mumbai. Work experience-Promotor group of Bedmutha Industries Ltd, Nasik Core Team Member of Bewakoof.com, Mumbai

Yogesh Shinde - Director

Founder - Bamboo India , Social Entrepreneur from Pune. Completed masters in computer management from Pune University. Served 14 years in IT companies around the world including Europe, USA, UK region on various level from Assistant software developer to Associate Vice President in Barclays Bank, London.

Bhushan Bhikaji Nikam - Director

Qualification: Bsc from Mumbai University / Director: Bhuvesh Bio Energy Private Limited /Bhupath Bio Energy LLP./Morya Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd. Experience in Real estate business for 25 years and providing services in the hospitality Sector. We planted around 30,000 bamboo plants in Mahad, Maharashtra. We have a pallets production factory in Shrirampur, Maharashtra in 2022. We have a vision to target local farmers to grow their income and develop the infrastructure.
